Hello folks, I've heard tell of this thing called the Blue Sun Technical Manual, referenced mainly near to the Cortexing skill in the Traveler's Handbook, but I cannot for the life of me find the corresponding document. Can anybody point me in the right direction or point out where I can get more information regarding the Technical skills?
