This is Douglas Carvine of the Tiger Lily Free Trading Company letting anyone on the ground know that the skies are clear and the wei shian dohn wu seem to have cleared the area. Keep an eye out though - I'd hate to hear about an ambush out in the black.
Sorry we had to bug out on you folks like that, but we've got something of an emergency with our absent crew member and needed to head out hot - how'd the auction pan out? Anyone kill the auctioneer? Give us a call and let us know.

No Limit calling.
The auction finished just fine. The Mining Guild won the important bit of the planet with the locals on and signed over the surface to them, as well as investing in an irrigation project through a deal that should be mutually beneficial to both sides. Fortunately they were able to sign over the rights before any hot-heads murdered any auctioneers.
The villagers now have a reliable source of pure water and will be water independant in a short while.
The rancher who was stirring up the fuzzy-wuzzies, stealing water and then murdered the Sheriff has been arrested and will be dealt with when he gets out of intensive care.
There are one or two loose ends but on the whole it's looking pretty shiny for Zion.
