| Just to check - how are refunds being sent out? I haven't heard anything back in response to my email about it - I'm sure it's just 'cause life is generally hectic, but it'd be reassuring to get a confirmation that it's underway! |

The last of the refunds were sent out by cheque this week, so you should receive them early next week at the latest.
