Serenity Fan FilmJust wondrin', would any of you folks like to take part in the makeing of a small film...say 30mins long?I'm looking for a film crew, characters (The majority of which have already been scripted), extras, people to help with costume, lighting and make-up, a production team etc. It'll be alot of doubleing up with roles - for example you may have a part, be asked to film and help find constume or set. ATM it looks like this may be taking part at the later end of the summer holidays and will primarily be weekend shoots. Anywho post here if you're intrested and I'll try to work out some more details. |

Anywhere I can really. There's a place next to where I live called 'The Cloud' where I have some shots planned. This is in Congleton in cheshire and for those non geographical folk, it's about 45minutes from manchester.
Also some good places in wales, mainly around the Borth area (I have family up their and know stupidly cheap camping sites so it's perfect for long weekend shots) Couple of areas more south - ie Sizewell / Leiston Othere than that, not sure at the moment. I'm looking for somewhere that has a rustic looking stable. Might be able to use a place up by me called Little Morton Hall. It's a national trust propertiy so if you want a specific location you can look it up. The basic idea is, I will shoot where and when I can. Most proberbly wherever the majority or all of the cast can make it too. (no point goin to scotland  )
It'll be places that are easy to get to either by train or road and have cheap, sutible accomidation if needs be. |

Did you say you know of some cheep camping sites? Would it be possible to have their contact details? we're always looking for new locations

Sure. Not sure how sutible it would be for an entire event lol. But the place can be found here:
http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/details.asp?revid=4898 It's called Ynys-fergi Me and some friends go every summer for three nights (Friday to Monday) and it ends up costing us about 20-30 for the entire weekend, including camping site funds, food and bus fares into the main town (or anywhere) There are toher campsites around that area as well but I'm not sure on the priceing. Byowen is stupidly expecsive though so avoide that. |
