Hi, I am working on a character and have an equipment question.

If a doctor has “Medicine” does he need a first aid kit and a doctor’s bag or is a doctor’s bag considered to also include enough equipment to stop lighter bleeding that can be treated with first aid?

A doctors bag contains items for providing continued care or stopping significant trauma (-4), for simpler things like bandages and plasters you will need a first aid kit.
