IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - Date ChangeWe will be contacting everyone via e-mail shortly but please circulate this information between your crews.Due to a mistake in communication, the weekend of the 24th-26th has been booked for the Scout's District Camp. Gill has been fantastic and offered us the following weekend on which to run the event. Instead of drawing things out as we desperetly try to find an alternate venue and re-writing the event to suit another site we have decided to move the event to this new date. Therefore... Serenity LRP Event 4 Middlewood Scout Camp 31st October - 2nd November For anyone unable to make this new date we will provide full refunds and our sincerest apologies. We were quite significantly overbooked once we crammed in all the stragglers so I doubt that we'll drop below our player limit, but if we do then I'll put up a note and re-open booking. | ||

Serenity often seems beset with difficulties on dates and things! But it is always an awesome time!

As soon as practical, we've spent the last week frantically preparing the last bits for the event and will likely spend the rest of this week recovering. We'll endeavour to get them out before the end of the month. | ||

Just to check - how are refunds being sent out? I haven't heard anything back in response to my email about it - I'm sure it's just 'cause life is generally hectic, but it'd be reassuring to get a confirmation that it's underway! | ||

The last of the refunds were sent out by cheque this week, so you should receive them early next week at the latest. | ||
