Group Invite - RiftworldGroup of us are planning to attend the upcoming Riftworld event in January. Not sure how many player spaces they have left, but if anyone is up for joining in our fun then sling me a line.

21st Geistjagers
The key to survival in the harsh lands of Eastlitside is two-fold, ensuring you have supplies and getting your retaliation in first. As the South Xadacians begin to rebuild their settlements and outposts alongside the Ruunar, so too must they adjust to the Ruunar way of surviving in the harsh landscape full of unspeakable terrors.
The Geistjagers mission is simple, go out and find as many useful resources to aid the Battalion as possible.
Used to being alone in the wilds, the Geistjagers have a natural instinct for hunting and are always prepared to fight tooth and nail against the horrors that stalk them. They take with them only their arms, armour and minimal equipment for survival.

Woodland camos with native american aspects thrown in i understand.
while DPM is always the first option, I'm liking the idea of Flecktarn with Ghillie hoods or something similiar

To he honest though, the only reason i didnt put my flecktarn airsoft kit on at the serenity event is that i didnt want somebody wondering why the gunsharks had got shorter and fatter :p

Otherwise the concept is that everyone plays a 'South Xadacian' with the 'Hunter' skill and 18pts of whatever they feel like. I'm currently making up a Stub Cannon and a Coyote hat.
Influence wise we're Aliens style Colonial Marines meets a bastardised Native American culture we're drawing from Najavo, Lakota and Commanche.
The event is on the 23rd-25th January and booking deadline is 29th November.

I still have mine... ok, so it's a power arm but it's still an arm.
