Event 4 Fully BookedThanks to everyone that has booked for Event 4; we've now filled our 60 player spaces for this event and so are not accepting any further bookings. If we've either received payment from you or you've filled in the online booking form then your space is reserved, but we will need the other part completed ASAP to confirm your booking. If you've done both already, your confirmation email is on its way  .
We endeavour to avoid splitting up crews, so if part of your group has booked and one or two stragglers have missed out then get in touch (refs@serenity-lrp.co.uk) and we'll see if we can make space; otherwise, apologies to everyone that we couldn't fit in - we've always lots of space for more crew (and it's free!) so I'd highly recommend crewing to anyone who can't play this time around.

Yes, however with 70+ players we would need to run a very different type of game.
Or get a dedicated crew of around 30 people, and find a way for me to operate without sleep.

Err ... any updates to this? We're a couple of stragglers who've got in touch but had nothing back ... a firm 'yes' or 'no' would help with booking time off work etc.
