We will be contacting everyone via e-mail shortly but please circulate this information between your crews.
Due to a mistake in communication, the weekend of the 24th-26th has been booked for the Scout's District Camp. Gill has been fantastic and offered us the following weekend on which to run the event.
Instead of drawing things out as we desperetly try to find an alternate venue and re-writing the event to suit another site we have decided to move the event to this new date.
Therefore...
Serenity LRP Event 4
Middlewood Scout Camp
31st October - 2nd November
For anyone unable to make this new date we will provide full refunds and our sincerest apologies.
Anybody unsure what to do with their weekend on the 24th, may I reccommend http://insurrectionlrp.com/index.htm

We were quite significantly overbooked once we crammed in all the stragglers so I doubt that we'll drop below our player limit, but if we do then I'll put up a note and re-open booking.

Serenity often seems beset with difficulties on dates and things! But it is always an awesome time!
Don't think this makes a difference to us Jon. I think we all know the new dates and are sorting leave.
Will stomp on the guys to get their details to you asap.

As soon as practical, we've spent the last week frantically preparing the last bits for the event and will likely spend the rest of this week recovering. We'll endeavour to get them out before the end of the month.
