Hi all
McSkippy's are coming along to cater for you all again, so book your meal tickets well in advance to make sure you get some food!
Prices are £16 for players and £11 for crew, which will buy you:
Nice hot meal on Friday night
Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday
Breakfast on Sunday
We've got some excellent new menu ideas, including fried potatoes, obviously loads of Chinese food, and maybe even pies (tbc, as pastry can be tricky in the heat).
I think we're doing the booking for meal tickets separately from the booking for the event this time, so I'll draw you all up a form and an address to send cheques to.
Please note I'll also need to have food allergy info, and we can cater for pretty much everything  Vegematarian food something of a speciality.
Questions welcome. We'll also bring some massive urns, so tea and coffee will be on tap at the tiny price of 30p each. We also have Jasmine and ginger tea, for your chinese needs.

As well as tea and coffee, is there any chance of being able to get hold of hot water? I ask because my taste in tea is rather eclectic

Catering is up on the site here: http://www.serenity-lrp.co.uk/events.aspx with the booking form available to download, yay.
Although I did realise my email is not on there, foolishly. It is orphiel at gmail dot com. This is also my paypal account for payments if you want to do it that way. You must send me a form as well though, or your details won't be linked up with anything.

Hi guys
So far we've had a tiny amount of people book catering, which means that we'll only be bringing enough food for them. If you want to pay on the gate for a meal ticket, you HAVE to book first, as I'm not buying food for 50 people and risking having to throw away most of it.

Meg, you know that a significant proportion of the players don't come here, right?
Some of the ship forums haven't even been used.
I only realised today that I had to book to get fed...

Yers, but
a. I do not have contact details for any of the players
b. the catering details are also up on the website
c. No one goes to the rule 7 forums either
So any other options of how to get the word out there gratefully received, as I can't see any other way.

My only suggestion is to ask the refs if they can email all the booked players and crew to tell them?

It is a cunning plan and one I have already implemented I will chase up the refs about doing it. Am just getting a bit worried as it's getting pretty close and I do like to be super organised!
