Our online/digital/technowotsit booking system will be online in the next few days to accept bookings from all you Sereniphiles.

Ticket Price: £40

Meal ticket (Player): £16

Meal ticket (Crew): £11

Meal ticket is an optional (but highly highly reccommended) extra on top of the cost of the event ticket. Meals will be provided by McSkippy's (the genius behind Maelstrom's Jade Lotus) and consist of Friday evening meal, three meals on Saturday and Breakfast Sunday.

Crewing remains free and meal tickets are available at a discounted rate for crew members.

What time would the Friday meal be, and would it be possible to negotiate a deal without the breakfasts?

Hi all,

Booking for Event 4 is now available via the online booking system at http://serenity-lrp.co.uk/booking.aspx

Please note that we now accept payment by cheque or paypal and that we cannot confirm a booking until we have received said payment.

The booking process includes space for character information; this is, of course, required for new players but we would appreciate if returning players could fill in the details for their characters as of the end of Event 3. Doing so would save us a great deal of time as we transfer our records to their new, digital format. If you experience any problems, please contact me via this site or (more directly) via Keeper@Fong luh.Scientist.com

I look forward to seeing you all at Event 4!

Price/Payment info is available here; cheques should go to 15 Mytton Road, Water Orton, Birmingham, B46 1TN

However, the booking system is just for gathering player/character info, so you should still fill it in if at all practical; otherwise drop me a PM and we'll sort something out.

We're working on an online downtime submission system in the same vein as the booking system; plans are to have that up in the next few weeks, but I'll put up more info closer to time.

Maybe in future incarnations of the booking form included could be  a"comments" type field so that if, for example, someone were to be learning part of a skill in one downtime and then more in the next they could keep a record of it? I'm sure you can think of better logistics than me but the facility to record this would be useful.
