I vote (based purely on location) on the one just above London. _________________ Don't make me destroy you... |

There doesn't seem to be that much site-specific detail (in terms of what buildings, etc. they have) on the second two. Am I being blind? _________________ RL: Lizy

I would usually be pointing at the site near London too - however it looks pretty small to me _________________ "Did we just win?" |

Another thought occurs.
Airsoft sites often have extensive ruined buildings we can run around in...
Fairly sure Spectre does, if it's the site i think it is. _________________ Don't make me destroy you... |

I'd triple check accomadation at any of the air soft sites, As handy as phoenix is for me I'm not sure how great the amenities are.
Just had a heads up that Phoenix is actually pretty good, and not too far to carry at the feyu.
when's about were you thinking of holding it? _________________ Shikoba Cheng - The Jien Huo

As much as I would like to use Pheonix just down the road, I would prefer the Hereford Site because I doubt the others have facilities to match. _________________ --------------------------

London doesn't exist, it's just a made up story to scare naughty children.
I vote Hereford _________________ Wang

The problem with the London site is that it's tiny. 4 acres of woodland is a couple of large fields covered in trees. We'd be better off going to Cuffley Camp if you want somewhere near to London.
(And I'm not really suggesting Cuffley - it's a good site, but it's been overused for LRP in the last 10 years. And it has a tiny car park. _________________ Nate Watson, Ships Doctor, Aphrodite |

Fort Widley in Portsmouth...
It's colossal and has tunnels.
Down side is that it's near Portsmouth... _________________ Can't fix this... I need a bigger hammer.

So Nottingham is pretty much out then. I've contacted a few other sites now and am waiting to hear back regarding availibility. _________________ "I aim to misbehave..." |

As long as the sites have good facilities, they're all okay - depends on how much ground coverage you want too - though gotta admit london is nearer to us - but will travel ANYWHERE for it.
Any ideas for dates as of yet?

nice aminities and by that I mean working loos are about all I really want from a site. Mind you I am not a fan of Cuffley, it's suitable for fests but not for something as interactive or immersive as Serenity. _________________ Shikoba Cheng - The Jien Huo

Well End is unfortunetly fully booked, looking into hiring Felden Lodge in Herefordshire and into a few youth hostels, however everywhere seems to be booked or closed for refurbishment.
If people are willing to travel I'll try and see if Pheonix way Nottingham can accomadate us, trying to find a place to run a Core planet/urban game.
Dates wise aiming for end of October to give me time to get my lesson plans written as well as organising props and the like. _________________ "I aim to misbehave..." |

Cool stuff.
To be honest, for Serenity I'd be willing to travel.
And the sooner you can get dates, the sooner I can request leave form work _________________ Chaplain Damien Sutherland

I'm willing to go as far as it takes to get to the next event. As long as it doesn't involve going through Milton Keynes again.
